Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Closure, RMA, and Warranty services function, the full-time Associate Project Manager will coordinate project closeout documentation, action tracking, and warranty cases while maintaining effective communication with customers and vendors, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment from Berkeley, California or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project closure plans, action logs, and documentation management for deployed SCADA and controls projects
• Log and coordinate RMA and warranty requests, ensuring complete case records and effective communication with stakeholders
• Prepare routine closure dashboards and reports summarizing project progress, open items, and compliance with closure procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• One to three years of experience in project coordination, project management, customer support, or related functions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple action lists and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project-management or ERP tools
• Willingness to learn technical concepts related to SCADA and utility-scale solar projects
