Associate Project Manager
Job Summary
Managing multiple smaller-scale implementation projects, the full-time remote Associate Project Manager will support the deployment of Platform Services projects, coordinate with technical teams and clients, and ensure consistent project delivery standards.
Key responsibilities
- Simultaneously manage 30-40 smaller-scale implementation projects through their lifecycle
- Support queue management for on-hold projects and maintain project schedules
- Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies across the project portfolio
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or junior PM roles
- Basic understanding of cyber solutions and security implementations
- Experience with fast-paced, high-volume project environments
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve efficiency
