Associate Project Manager
Job Summary
To support high-impact initiatives, the fully remote Associate Project Manager will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects while working closely with senior leadership to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities for various strategic initiatives
- Partner with departments such as Sales, Product, Operations, and Support to monitor project milestones and address delivery blockers
- Lead regular stand-ups, status reviews, and planning sessions to maintain team momentum and clarity
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related support role
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience with MS Office and Google Suite
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- CAPM or introductory Scrum Master certification preferred
