Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects, the full-time remote Associate Project Manager specializing in data centers will assist with project coordination, documentation, and client communication for construction and fit-out projects while developing expertise in this technical field.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project managers with daily coordination of data center construction activities, including tracking deliverables and managing schedules
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and support budget tracking activities, including monitoring costs and processing invoices
• Participate in site walks and construction meetings, learning about critical systems and supporting coordination between trades

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or related field
• 2-5 years of project coordination or construction administration experience, preferably in data centers or mission-critical facilities
• Basic understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
