Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

To support project planning and execution, the remote Associate Research Project Manager will manage project documentation, coordinate tasks across teams, and facilitate communication with stakeholders while ensuring project milestones are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning by documenting objectives and mapping out tasks and timelines with team leads
• Establish and coordinate communication methods, including regular meetings and status updates for collaborators and sponsors
• Monitor project delivery, ensuring timely decision-making and resource availability while documenting research objectives and task priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field is required; Master's Degree is preferred
• Project management certification is preferred
• Experience in project management, particularly agile/iterative methods
• Understanding of biological science, particularly genetics and genomics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities in a high-pressure environment
