Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

Coordinating custom collaboration projects, the full-time Associate Project Manager will manage project initiation through closing, communicate with stakeholders, and monitor project progress while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project management for custom collaboration projects
• Assist in scoping opportunities and workflow impact analysis for new collaborations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life or physical science
• 3+ years of related work experience in clinical diagnostics or equivalent
• 2+ years of formal project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated proficiency in digital project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
