Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the successful delivery of global clinical trials, the full-time Associate Project Manager will provide operational and project coordination assistance to Clinical Operations and Project Management teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to Project Managers and Clinical Research Managers throughout the clinical trial lifecycle
• Maintain and update study information within CTMS and other study systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate study documentation, meeting logistics, action trackers, and communication plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Previous experience within clinical research, clinical operations, project coordination, or study management
• Understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and the clinical trial process
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and clinical trial systems such as CTMS, TMF, or related platforms
• Experience supporting global clinical studies is considered an advantage
