Job Summary

Leading projects in the pharmaceutical support sector, the full-time remote Associate Project Manager will oversee project activities, manage deliverables within budget, and serve as the primary contact for internal scientists and sponsors.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate project-related activities, ensuring timely tracking and management of tasks and deliverables
• Serve as the primary contact with sponsors, facilitating consistent communication and representing project initiatives
• Prepare and lead internal and client meetings, presenting project updates and tracking deliverables for revenue recognition

Required qualifications:

• College graduate with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of direct project management experience
• Proficient in project management techniques and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a commitment to quality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn about various health-related areas
• Strong interpersonal skills with effective written and verbal communication abilities
