Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

Coordinating custom collaboration projects, the full-time Associate Project Manager will manage project initiation through closing, communicate with stakeholders, and support operational teams for successful sample processing in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee project management for custom collaboration projects
• Assist in scoping opportunities and workflow impact analysis for new collaborations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in life or physical science
• 3+ years of related work experience in clinical diagnostics or equivalent education and experience
• 2+ years of formal project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Proficiency in digital project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
• Demonstrated knowledge of operational/logistical aspects of clinical testing and regulatory requirements
