Job Summary
Supporting project planning and execution, the full-time Associate Project Manager will coordinate daily activities, monitor project progress, and maintain documentation while working both onsite in Denver, CO and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely task completion
- Monitor project progress by tracking key performance indicators and reporting findings to senior team members
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and risk assessments, while supporting budget management
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management support role within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering firm
- Basic understanding of project management principles and processes, with a focus on coordination and communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with basic project management software
- Familiarity with relevant environmental and construction laws, codes, regulations, and compliance practices
