Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing low to mid-complexity projects, the full-time remote Associate Project Manager will serve as the primary client contact, oversee project execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for clients on low/mid complexity projects, managing expectations and soliciting input
• Facilitate project organization and prioritization, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams
• Oversee financial management tasks, including budgeting, pricing, and reporting financial status to clients

Required qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in an agency or pharmaceutical setting preferred
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong client-facing skills with solid presentation abilities
• Extreme attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
