Associate Project Manager
Job Summary
To support project planning and delivery, the full-time Associate Project Manager will coordinate biometrics activities, track study progress, and maintain communication among clients and team members while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Participate in client and internal meetings, preparing agendas and status updates
- Maintain project risk and issue logs, identifying emerging risks and tracking mitigation plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences; MBA or PMP preferred
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in the Pharma/CRO industry
- Familiarity with project management concepts and FDA regulations
- Basic understanding of the clinical drug-development process and clinical trials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
