Associate Project Manager
Job Summary
Supporting a healthcare analytics and life sciences organization, the remote Associate Project Manager will manage project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams for client research studies and internal technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project plans, timelines, trackers, and risk logs for multiple concurrent RWE studies and technology projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including epidemiologists, statisticians, engineers, and project leads
- Maintain study and project documentation, change logs, stage-gate requirements, and status reporting
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or program support roles
- Experience within healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, healthcare technology, or CRO environments
- Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, monday.com, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
