Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the successful execution of real-world evidence studies and technology-focused initiatives, the full-time Associate Project Manager will coordinate project plans, timelines, and documentation in a remote setting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on track and risks are proactively addressed.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers for multiple concurrent RWE studies, identifying and escalating risks to key milestones
• Support study execution activities, including stage-gate reviews and project documentation management
• Coordinate project milestones across engineering, data, and statistical teams to prevent delays and resolve conflicts

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related role
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Informatics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• Experience within healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, CRO, or health technology environments
• Experience utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Monday.com
• Exposure to real-world evidence (RWE), epidemiology, or clinical research preferred
