Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Performance Optimization Group remotely, the full-time Associate Project Manager will manage break/fix procurement requests for a Fortune 500 telecommunications client's retail store network, including vendor quotes, order tracking, and invoice reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Own break/fix procurement requests from intake to closeout, ensuring accurate information and timely follow-ups with dealers
• Request and verify vendor quotes against contract pricing, and build dealer quotes and invoices for approval
• Maintain accurate order tracking in Smartsheet and report on open orders and SLA status to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 2-5 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Smartsheet; familiarity with Corrigo or similar systems is beneficial
• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management, particularly in retail, facilities, or construction
• Ability to manage a high volume of orders and maintain data accuracy while tracking delivery deadlines
• Strong written communication skills and comfort in holding vendors accountable for commitments
