Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

As an Associate Project Manager on the Data Centers and Fuels team, this full-time remote position will manage large-scale natural gas power generation and data center projects, driving execution from early engineering through construction and commercial handoff.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to develop comprehensive project execution plans, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks
• Lead first-of-a-kind technology pilot projects, ensuring successful integration of complex power hardware and analyzing outcomes for future deployments
• Track project financials and manage procurement timelines while evaluating contractor change requests and maintaining accurate documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of project engineering or project management experience in utility-scale power generation or heavy energy infrastructure
• Proven ability to engage with senior EPC contractor and OEM vendor personnel in technical discussions
• Hands-on experience with power generation equipment, Balance of Plant systems, and microgrid integration
• Demonstrated track record of executing across the full project lifecycle from FEED to commissioning on at least two full-lifecycle projects
