Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple workstreams for Talent Management initiatives, the contract Associate Project Manager Lead will support large, complex projects remotely, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage day-to-day Talent Management initiatives and project execution
• Establish key stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication across functional areas
• Oversee integrated project plans, milestones, and deliverables while managing risks and issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with Workday implementations, particularly in HCM and Talent Management
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Project
• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with Agile project delivery is required
