Job Summary
Supporting large, complex initiatives remotely, the contract Associate Project Manager Lead will manage project plans, facilitate meetings with stakeholders across Corporate Finance and IT, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Keep the manager and team informed of weekly plans, meetings, and priorities
- Lead and facilitate meetings with manager- and director-level stakeholders across various departments
- Develop project plans, identify stakeholders and resources, and ensure proper engagement to advance projects
Required qualifications:
- A minimum of 9 years of related work experience leading projects and project delivery
- OR a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience
