Associate Proposals Consultant

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day drafting and coordination of RFx responses, the full-time remote Associate Proposals Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create evaluator-ready answers and maintain the response library, contributing directly to revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage AI tools to draft and submit RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaire responses following best practices
• Partner with Account Executives and Managers to shape evaluator-facing messaging and ensure timely submissions
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to validate technical, compliance, and contractual answers

Required qualifications

• At least two years of experience managing or drafting RFx responses for commercial or public sector clients
• Strong business writing skills with the ability to create evaluator-friendly answers from technical input
• Experience coordinating input from cross-functional contributors under tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on compliance and submission formatting
• Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment using tools like Slack and Google Workspace
