Job Summary
Ensuring the resilience and availability of systems and applications, the full-time Associate Reliability Engineer will drive incident response efforts, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures to enhance system reliability in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Follow software lifecycle practices to enhance reliability, observability, and efficiency across product teams
- Identify opportunities for automation to reduce repetitive tasks and improve operational processes
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to production incidents and conduct blameless retrospectives and root-cause analyses
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field
- Programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, Go, or Node.js
- Basic knowledge of systems architecture, operating system internals, and network fundamentals
