Associate Research Director

Job Summary

Collaborating with senior leaders, the full-time Associate Research Director will manage strategic client relationships, guide end-to-end research programs, and mentor junior researchers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop large strategic client relationships while managing day-to-day business operations
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of market researchers through quantitative and qualitative research engagements
• Partner with senior leaders to enhance research design, proposal development, and operational processes

Required qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant market research experience, preferably in a supplier-side organization
• Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods, including project management and data analysis
• Strong client-service orientation with proven ability to build trusted relationships
• Analytical mindset with curiosity about new technologies and research approaches
• Positive leadership approach with a passion for coaching and mentoring junior colleagues
