Associate RTSM Specialist
Job Summary
To support the successful delivery of RTSM solutions in clinical trials, the full-time remote Associate RTSM Specialist will manage study amendments, coordinate project activities, and serve as the primary escalation point for maintenance activities while collaborating with global teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage RTSM study amendments to ensure timely and quality deliverables
- Coordinate communication and activities among sponsors, study teams, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor study randomization processes and drive issue resolution for RTSM maintenance activities
Required qualifications
- Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent education and professional experience
- Minimum 1 year of RTSM experience and at least 2 years in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
- Knowledge of RTSM study design and randomization methodologies
- Understanding of clinical trial conduct and applicable regulations
- Demonstrated ability to manage RTSM solutions in clinical trials
