Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of self-insured employer clients under 4,000 lives in the designated region
- Independently manage the sales process from initial conversation to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful program implementation and facilitate renewals and upsells
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proven background in employer sales with experience in closing large, complex deals
- Subject matter expertise in healthcare, employee health benefits, or digital health
- Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and a willingness to innovate
