Associate Scientific Director
Job Summary
To support a growing Medical Scientific Services team, the full-time Associate Scientific Director will provide advanced scientific leadership, manage client relationships, and mentor junior writers while working remotely or from major city hubs.
Key responsibilities
- Drive scientific leadership across medical affairs deliverables, including advisory boards and congress materials
- Provide scientific review and strategic input to ensure content aligns with client objectives
- Lead client relationships and contribute to business development through scientific insights
Required qualifications
- Degree in a scientific or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 years' experience in medical or scientific writing
- Proven ability to manage diverse scientific content and ensure strategic alignment
- Experience in client relationship management and account oversight
- Oncology or Immunology therapeutic area experience is highly advantageous
