Associate Software Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a collaborative team, the full-time Associate Software Engineer will support the delivery of projects by troubleshooting technical client issues, enhancing front-end user experiences, and maintaining production servers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to internal and external stakeholders while escalating technical issues to the engineering team
- Fix technical problems that front-line support cannot resolve, including troubleshooting printer issues and performing back-end data updates
- Monitor production systems for problems and contribute to the development of responsive application features
Required qualifications
- 0-1 years of hands-on experience in scripting, software development, or equivalent knowledge with modern tech stacks
- Familiarity with .NET and C#, or other object-oriented languages
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for debugging websites and email newsletters
- Interest in Generative AI and LLM technologies, with a curiosity to learn more
- Willingness to learn and explore new technologies and development practices
