Associate Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of impactful AI solutions, the remote contract Associate Software Engineer will build and ship production-ready ML and data applications, focusing on model training and cloud deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, train, and deploy ML and deep learning models using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Design scalable data workflows in Python and Pandas on AWS for high-volume model training and evaluation
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs in Python, Java, and Node.js/Express
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (recent graduates welcome)
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or software engineering from internships or research roles
- Strong Python skills and working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and C/C++
- Practical experience with ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, Linux, and AWS cloud services
