Supporting Account Executives as a pre-sales technical resource, the full-time remote Associate Solutions Architect will document prospect requirements, develop solution documentation, and deliver product demonstrations tailored to SMB use cases.
Key responsibilities
- Support Account Executives with technical resources for SMB opportunities
- Discover and document technical and product requirements from prospects
- Deliver structured product demonstrations and respond to technical questions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 1-3 years in a tech-focused role within a SaaS or digital marketing company
- Foundational understanding of APIs, JavaScript, and marketing technology platforms
- Ability to lead structured client-facing technical conversations
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
