Associate Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Motivated and technically curious, the full-time Associate Solutions Architect will support the technical implementation process for customers, assisting with product deployment, architecture design, and customer evaluations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support Solutions Architects during technical implementations, including product deployment and architecture design
- Help customers understand API security challenges and how the platform addresses their needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience and assist with technical evaluations
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or Cybersecurity
- Basic understanding of APIs, REST, HTTP, and web application architecture
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong technical curiosity and a passion for cybersecurity
- Experience with Kubernetes or other container technologies
