Associate Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

To support active enterprise accounts, the full-time Associate Solutions Consultant will drive post-signature use case ideation, manage client use case intake, and ensure effective delivery handoff while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive post-signature use case ideation by partnering with client business owners to identify and structure new use cases
• Own client use case intake by maintaining intake templates and project specifications for business owners
• Support delivery handoff by transferring scope and design intent to implementation and client success teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or 1 to 3 years of experience in solutions consulting, implementation, or a related client-facing role
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as healthcare or insurance is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Familiarity with use-case documentation and willingness to learn specific documentation standards
• Comfort discussing data integration concepts and translating technical requirements to stakeholders
