Associate Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Providing project management and implementation support for the Control Center solution, the full-time remote Associate Solutions Consultant will lead design, build, and training phases while ensuring quality control and adherence to project methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in Control Center software solutions and their integration with third-party devices
• Create detailed design documentation and provide realistic project estimates while ensuring high-quality standards across deployments
• Deliver training to end-users and reseller partners, and provide technical support during and after project completion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in managing technical deployments in the security industry
• Proficiency in configuring PCs and servers, and troubleshooting Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
• Familiarity with database architectures, particularly Microsoft SQL Server, and experience with SQL
• Knowledge of networking principles and virtual machine environments
