Associate Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

As an entry-level pre-sales role, the full-time Associate Solutions Engineer will partner with Mid Market Account Executives to support discovery calls, deliver product demos, and assist with proof-of-value engagements while receiving mentorship from experienced team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and map Netskope solutions to customer requirements
• Deliver engaging product demos and technical presentations to various audiences
• Support proof-of-value engagements, including environment setup and results tracking

Required qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in a technical role such as IT, help desk, or network administration
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, TLS)
• Familiarity with core security concepts (authentication, encryption, data protection)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
