Associate Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

Owning the operational side of purchase orders, the full-time remote Associate Supply Chain Program Manager will manage supplier relationships, oversee delivery logistics, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of orders across dropship and warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Run internal and supplier kickoffs for all purchase orders, updating records and aligning vendors with any changes
• Hold weekly check-ins with project management teams to coordinate schedules and logistics for dropship deliveries
• Manage schedule holds and resolve quality issues for warehouse stock orders, escalating misses as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or project coordination, preferably in construction or industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of inbound logistics, freight operations, and third-party logistics management
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholders, adapting to changing conditions
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven approach to managing inbound activities
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
