Job Summary

Supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of software systems, the full-time Associate Systems Analyst will assist in troubleshooting, provide end-user training, and coordinate projects remotely to enhance operational efficiency and user support.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving IT issues while supporting system modifications and testing for reliable functionality
  • Collaborate with team members and business partners to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
  • Provide end-user support and training, delivering effective training materials to enhance system proficiency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or two years of relevant experience
  • Relevant certifications and/or proficiencies required within 90 days of formal training
  • Experience with business, clinical, imaging, or web application systems focused on efficiency and optimization
  • Understanding of clinical data management and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM)
  • Knowledge of cloud-based healthcare applications and web services to ensure secure and efficient system architecture
