Job Summary
Supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of software systems, the full-time Associate Systems Analyst will assist in troubleshooting, provide end-user training, and coordinate projects remotely to enhance operational efficiency and user support.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving IT issues while supporting system modifications and testing for reliable functionality
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
- Provide end-user support and training, delivering effective training materials to enhance system proficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or two years of relevant experience
- Relevant certifications and/or proficiencies required within 90 days of formal training
- Experience with business, clinical, imaging, or web application systems focused on efficiency and optimization
- Understanding of clinical data management and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM)
- Knowledge of cloud-based healthcare applications and web services to ensure secure and efficient system architecture
