Job Summary
Supporting mission-critical enterprise Mainframe operations, the full-time Associate Systems Management Analyst will manage high-volume batch processing, workload automation, and system monitoring while working remotely on a night shift schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and support enterprise Mainframe environments across multiple LPARs
- Manage high-volume batch operations, executing workload automation requests and ensuring compliance with SLAs
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with application teams to maintain operational stability
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise Mainframe environments or a Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Hands-on technical experience with CICS, DB2, and Mainframe infrastructure
- Experience with ServiceNow for incident and change management and workload automation tools
- Strong understanding of batch processing, system monitoring, and SLA management
- Familiarity with AI-assisted operational tools and continuous improvement practices within Mainframe environments
