Associate Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary

Supporting recruiting efforts for U.S. and global teams, the remote Associate Talent Acquisition Partner will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and assist with early-stage screening in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for open roles
• Conduct initial candidate screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records and support communication throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
• Experience supporting U.S. recruiting or global hiring preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Background in advertising, marketing, or client services environments strongly preferred
