Job Summary
Supporting a dedicated West Coast team, the full-time Associate Technical Solutions Analyst will analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex client technical issues while collaborating with senior team members in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot client technical issues, driving resolutions through collaboration and critical thinking
- Serve as a customer-facing technical resource during pre- and post-implementation activities, enhancing product and technology knowledge
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles by capturing solutions and best practices from technical investigations
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- Hands-on experience through co-ops, internships, or early-career professional work
- Exposure to relational databases, SQL, Java, XML, APIs, or web services
- Foundational understanding of Linux/Unix, scripting, and application troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
