Associate UX Designer
Job Summary
To support a growing design team, the full-time Associate UX Designer will create user-centered, visually compelling experiences for Availity's products, collaborating with user research to translate insights into high-quality deliverables, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes based on research findings
- Collaborate with UX, research, product, and engineering teams to articulate design goals
- Advocate for accessibility and ensure that designs meet compliance standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Over two years of experience in designing digital products with a strong portfolio showcasing visual design and UX processes
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with accessibility/508 Compliance
- Experience engaging with users to gather insights and validate design concepts
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize work from multiple sources with minimal supervision
