Associate Vice President of Benefits

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and performance of enterprise health benefits programs, the full-time salaried Associate Vice President of Benefits will oversee medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, and clinical well-being initiatives in a remote capacity, while managing key partnerships and developing a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and management of comprehensive health and pharmacy programs
• Develop clinical program strategies aligned with population health priorities
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, business, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Ten or more years of progressive benefits experience in a large, complex organization
• Five or more years of leadership experience with a focus on team development
• Deep experience with self-funded medical and pharmacy plan design
• Strong understanding of applicable federal and state benefit laws and regulations
