Job Summary

Leading the identification and assessment of growth opportunities, the full-time salaried Associate Vice President of Growth will manage strategic market research and insights, collaborating across business units to inform decision-making and prioritize initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and improve the growth-opportunity assessment process, proactively identifying and evaluating new opportunities
• Serve as the primary lead for integrated opportunity assessments, defining evaluation criteria and required evidence
• Coordinate contributions from various departments to inform opportunity assessments and maintain the opportunity pipeline

Required qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; relevant degree required
• 10 or more years of relevant experience in healthcare growth strategy or market opportunity assessments
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare industry, including market dynamics and client needs
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and prioritize growth opportunities across business units
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial fluency related to market sizing and forecasting
