Atlassian Certified Lead Consultant

Job Summary

To support ongoing service engagements, the full-time remote Atlassian Certified Lead Consultant will provide hands-on guidance to clients using Atlassian tools, ensuring value delivery and high client satisfaction while managing multiple client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage 3-6 client engagements, overseeing service delivery, client retention, and project profitability
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert, providing training and strategic planning to address client needs
• Coordinate daily support requests and maintain communication with clients to meet contracted SLAs

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a consulting or customer service role
• 3+ years of experience as a Jira administrator
• Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Experience managing multiple clients and issues simultaneously
• Ability to administer Atlassian products and provide strategic guidance on their long-term use
