Atlassian Lead Consultant
Job Summary
Providing hands-on support and guidance to multiple clients, the full-time Atlassian Lead Consultant will administer Atlassian products, assist with implementations, and participate in process improvement efforts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Atlassian products and assist clients with implementation to enhance business processes
- Provide scheduled on-call support during off hours and respond to service outage incidents to meet SLAs
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the Sales team with proposals and client business reviews
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a client service or help desk role
- Experience as a Jira administrator is preferred
- Ability to effectively manage multiple clients and issues simultaneously
- Demonstrated capacity to administer Atlassian products and provide strategic guidance
- Willingness to acquire Atlassian certification and maintain professional development
