Atlassian Lead Consultant

Job Summary

Providing hands-on support and guidance to multiple clients on their use of Atlassian tools, the full-time remote Atlassian Lead Consultant will administer products, assist with implementations, and contribute to process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Atlassian products and assist clients with implementation to support their business processes
• Provide scheduled on-call support during off hours and respond to service outage incidents to meet contracted SLAs
• Participate in process improvement efforts to identify, develop, and deliver services leading to improved client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a client service or help desk role
• Experience as a Jira administrator preferred
• Demonstrated ability to administer Atlassian products and provide strategic guidance
• Ability to manage multiple clients and issues simultaneously
• Willingness to acquire Atlassian certification by passing two Atlassian Certified Professional exams
