Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts across multiple agreement types

- Perform quality checks on contracts and maintain accurate records of work performed
Required qualifications
- Attorney or JD-qualified with 2+ years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation
- Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex contractual language
- Proficiency in MS Word and familiarity with contract redlining platforms/tools
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
