Attorney - Contract Review
Job Summary
Supporting the legal department of a financial services client, the fully remote Attorney - Contract Review will manage contract review initiatives and translate terms and conditions to assist in the development of new contracts on a temporary basis.
Key responsibilities
- Review and translate contract content to meet internal guidelines
- Assist with the development of new contracts by translating terms and conditions
- Support various initiatives, including advertising and social media content review
Required qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, German, Korean, or Portuguese
- Experience in contract review and translation
- Knowledge of legal terminology and contract language
- Ability to work with variable hours as needed
- Previous experience in a legal or financial services environment is preferred
