Job Summary
To support a growing legal practice, the full-time Attorney Development Manager will manage attorney development initiatives, build feedback systems, and create a sense of community among associates while working remotely in alignment with US Eastern Time hours.
Key responsibilities
- Build a feedback cadence to support continuous growth and development for associates
- Manage stakeholder relationships with partners and firm leadership to tailor development approaches
- Design and manage learning and development programs that enhance associates' skills and career progression
Required qualifications
- Legal or attorney-development background, preferably within a law firm or legal tech environment
- Strong skills in learning and development program design grounded in adult learning theory
- Real coaching and mentoring experience as a people manager
- Working knowledge of US employment law relevant to development and performance
- Data-driven approach to analyzing utilization and performance metrics
