Audience Engagement Advisor

Job Summary

To strengthen engagement across communication channels, the full-time remote Global Audience Insight & Engagement Advisor will utilize audience insights and performance data to develop strategies, analyze content effectiveness, and optimize outreach efforts.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute audience engagement strategies aligned with organizational priorities and editorial calendars
• Track and interpret audience behavior and engagement across various communication channels
• Design reporting systems to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital technology, or a related field
• Five years of experience in social/digital marketing and strategic communications
• Familiarity with social justice and human rights initiatives
• Fluency in social media management tools and metrics
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
