Job Summary
To support a growing data-driven practice, the full-time remote Audience Solutions Director will manage the creation of shopper audiences using AI tools, transforming client briefs into actionable audience definitions while ensuring precision and scale.
Key responsibilities
- Translate client briefs and RFPs into clear audience definitions and build them using AI tools
- Extend seed audiences to create lookalike audiences, balancing reach and similarity
- Monitor audience activation and performance, identifying trends for new audience opportunities
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in ad tech, retail media, or data marketplaces
- Hands-on experience in building audience segments and familiarity with LiveRamp and DSPs
- Proven ability to create lookalike audiences and understand audience sizing
- Data skills to review and edit AI-generated queries and audience definitions
- Strong storytelling and client presentation skills
