Audio Production Associate

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and eager to learn, the full-time Audio Production Associate will support the audiobook production process from pre-production through final delivery, ensuring materials and schedules are organized and accurate, with the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Support audiobook production by organizing materials, schedules, and title data to ensure timely delivery
• Assist with casting and manuscript preparation, including organizing casting materials and reviewing manuscripts for audio-specific needs
• Maintain and update internal production systems, trackers, and databases while coordinating with various production partners

Required qualifications

• A degree in audio, publishing, communications, media production, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Experience in publishing, audio production, or project coordination is preferred
