Audit Analyst
Job Summary
To support the DEAMS contract, the remote Audit Analyst will perform detailed audit testing, data analysis, and compliance reviews, focusing on evaluating internal controls and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate annual audit processes and participate in weekly update meetings with the financial management office
- Maintain audit project documentation and training materials, ensuring compliance with government audit policies
- Monitor FMO compliance requests and assist in the verification of evidence required for audit requests
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of direct audit analysis experience
- Experience working within DoD environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with audit requirements and documentation standards
- Ability to travel 1-2 times per year to Wright-Patterson AFB, OH
