Audit Analyst II
Job Summary
To support data-driven compliance initiatives, the full-time Audit Analyst II will perform analytic audits of B2B products and the B2C platform myfico.com, working remotely and leveraging a STEM background to analyze data and processes under the guidance of senior team members.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct analytic audits of B2B and B2C platforms, evaluating models, data, and business processes
- Utilize an investigative approach to compliance monitoring, forming and validating hypotheses about data anomalies
- Document findings and methodologies clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders while tracking open findings through resolution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (data science, statistics, computer science, applied math, economics, or related quantitative discipline) is highly preferred
- Experience in data analysis, compliance analytics, or a related technical role is preferred
- Proven experience in a highly regulated industry (banking, consumer lending, healthcare, insurance, fintech) is highly preferred
- Strong familiarity with data analysis tools, including Excel; experience with Jira, Tableau, or similar tools is a strong plus
- A natural investigative mindset with a proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative approach to work
